Each running session is delivered as an audio recording, so you're coached every step of the way—literally.

It’s not just about running: JEFF Fitness also provides strength training classes, Pilates & Yoga sessions for runners to keep you strong, flexible, and injury-free. New workouts are added weekly and included for free in your JEFF Membership.

Running with JEFF works well alongside your running club and race prep too! JEFF also provides useful guidelines for nutrition and motivation to help you reach your goals.

Fittest I’ve ever been
On Friday I completed Dom’s 9-week program - Run your Best 21km and finished my first half marathon, the Qhubeka Human Rights Day Race in a time of 2:02:50. A big thank you to Coach Dom for an excellent program which was so well structured and took all of the guesswork out of training, progressing gradually over the 9 weeks to being in peak shape fir race day. In the last 6 months, I graduated from Dom’s 5km programme and turned myself from very unfit non-runner to the fittest I’ve been in my adult life. Special thanks to all the runners in our group for all of your support and encouragement. I couldn’t have done this without you! Next target is to break the 2-hour mark, so back to the training!

"I decided to go completely out of my comfort zone and sign up for the Learn to Run Program with JEFF. I am one week into this journey, and let me tell you, I am definitely experiencing a challenge, but it's a good challenge. I have not enjoyed myself so much during exercise like this in a while. I am not the fastest, and my stats are not the greatest, but I have managed to do 2.2km in 20 minutes. And bear in mind I have never run in my life. I still have a long way to go, but I am so excited to see where this takes me. I am thankful that I took this leap because I am ready to grow and ready to be amazing!"
