Challenge leader Amy

Meet Amy, a double Olympian and professional rugby player for Great Britain Women’s 7’s team. Amy believes training should challenge and excite you, pushing you to give your all while always feeling empowered.With years of elite experience, she emphasizes the importance of a strong foundation and modifies workouts with high and low-impact options to suit different fitness levels. Amy has expertly designed this 6-week Boost Your Base Challenge to help you build strength and confidence from start to finish.

For Amy, there’s no such thing as failure—just showing up and giving your best is what counts. Get ready for an intense, rewarding experience with a trainer dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.

Challenge leader Janelle

Meet Janelle, a fit mom of two, certified health and marathon coach, and CrossFit competitor with a Comrades Marathon finish under her belt. With additional qualifications in cognitive behavioral therapy, she brings a holistic approach to training. Janelle believes in keeping an open mind—don’t overthink the process or stress about specific outcomes. She believes you should simply show up, commit to the journey, and promise yourself you’ll stop when the session is done, not when you’re tired.

This challenge is all about change, and Janelle knows that success comes from commitment, consistency, and the desire to keep pushing. You will see Janelle training alongside you for every single session for the next 6 weeks.

What is the "Boost your Base" Challenge?
It’s a 6 week online strength and fitness challenge led by pro rugby player Amy, with JEFF Coach Janelle, designed for intermediate to advanced levels. You’ll get 3x structured workouts per week, freestyle activity days, nutrition tips and tasty recipes, and support from a like-minded community—all through the JEFF Fitness App.
Who can join?
This challenge is for those wanting to level up their strength and fitness. You’re going to feel the burn and LOVE IT.
When does it start?
The challenge runs from Monday 5 May 2025 to Sunday 15 June 2025. Registration closes on Sunday 4 May 2025.
How many workouts are included?
You'll get 3 instructor-led workouts per week for 6 weeks (starting at 35mins and working up to 45mins), plus freestyle activity days where you can choose to run, walk, do yoga, or any movement you enjoy.
Do I need any equipment?
Yes! You’ll need some basic equipment for this one: dumbbells, skipping rope and a box or sturdy chair.
What extra resources are included?
You'll receive:

Is there a nutrition plan?
This challenge doesn’t include a nutrition plan but we will recommend in-app nutrition programs that you can choose to follow. Amy and Janelle will also share their nutrition tips and some easy recipes to inspire you!
