Provide measurements, optional progress photos, and other required information using the JEFF Fitness App. This includes your first check-in, which is necessary before your initial onboarding meeting with your Coach.
Use the Food Diary on the JEFF Fitness App to log your meals throughout the 10-week period, helping us tailor nutrition guidance just for you.
Keep track of your daily movement using the Movement Log on the JEFF Fitness App. This helps your Coach adjust your plan as needed to ensure you’re progressing towards your goals.

If you are an existing JEFF Member - you can join the program by navigating to the JEFF Web Portal to manage your billing and upgrade to the 1-on-1 Daily Coaching product. You can access your Billing details by clicking on your profile picture in the top right hand corner -> Selecting Billing from the Menu -> Selecting "Upgrade / Downgrade / change / cancel your subscription" -> Changing your product to 1-on-1 Daily Coaching and using the code springreset at checkout to apply the recurring 3 month discount. What are the coaching requirements?
- Submit your monthly check-ins with all the required information (measurements, photographs etc.) on the JEFF Fitness App. This includes your first check-in that you need to submit before your initial onboarding meeting with your Coach.
- Log all of your daily meals using the Food Diary on the JEFF Fitness App over the 10 Week period
- Log all of your daily exercise activities using the Movement Log on the JEFF Fitness App over the 10 Week period
- Weekday updates sent in the form of video, text or voice note to your coach via the chat on the App. This is not required over the weekend
- Follow the exercise program assigned / recommended by your Coach over the 10 Week period
Please note we understand that setbacks happen, however if there is any disruption to your 10 Week Program Progress (if you fall sick, get injured or travel) we are not liable to change your subscription period or refund your program fee.
